This document is a prepared draft that reflects how OGS actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and must be reviewed before OGS trades commercially.
Withdrawal is not the same thing as cancellation. Withdrawal is a consumer’s statutory right to undo a contract shortly after entering it. Cancellation ends an ongoing subscription going forward — that lives on the cancellation page.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Dawie Stander's World of Golf, Barmer Strasse 44, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany, email info@ogs.golf, telephone +49 171 6805809 — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early access to the service
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Business customers
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. It does not apply to contracts concluded for business purposes, such as the University Programme, which is governed by the cancellation terms instead.
