Add every team, coach and player you want while you evaluate OGS — adoption is never capped. Each player can record up to 6 rounds before your programme subscribes, and one player finishing their allowance never affects anyone else's.

When your programme subscribes, the per-player trial allowance no longer applies and your rostered players keep recording new rounds. Everything recorded during the trial stays exactly as it is.
The university sponsors access. The player keeps the history.
Student-athletes use their own OGS accounts. If they graduate or transfer, their historical OGS record stays with them.

When free becomes paid
Your first 6 rounds are free. After that, a plan is needed to record a new round. Everything you have already recorded stays available.
Your first 3 active players are free. Payment begins when you make a fourth player active. Pending and revoked connections do not count, and university or association roster players never use your private roster capacity.

Analysis is identical on every plan. What changes is how many rounds, players or teams you may add.
Questions
- Do free users get the full OGS system?
- Yes. Free users use the same OGS intelligence. Paid plans increase capacity.
- What happens after my six free rounds?
- Your existing rounds and analysis remain available. Upgrade when you want to add another round.
- How many players can a free coach have?
- Three active private players. Only ACTIVE private coach–player relationships count. Pending and revoked relationships do not, and university roster players do not use a coach's private roster capacity.
- What does OGS Coach include?
- The full authorised OGS Coach experience. The paid plans increase roster capacity.
- Do university students need to buy OGS Player?
- No. Eligible active student-athletes are sponsored by the University Programme.
- What happens if a student graduates or transfers?
- Their OGS account and historical record stay with them.
- Do universities automatically see Player DNA?
- No. Player DNA sharing remains controlled by the player.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Existing OGS history remains available if paid capacity later ends.
If a plan ends, nothing is deleted, hidden or recalculated. Every round, scorecard, insight and development record stays fully readable — only adding new rounds returns to the free allowance.
